The Qualification has been created to develop and reward lawyers and non-law graduates with legal skills and knowledge in international business law and to continue to bring recognition and professionalism to a wide range of sectors. The aim of this programme is to develop legal skills, analysis, logical thinking and knowledge that can usefully be applied in further study, legal profession and public service. It provides students with understanding of law in context of business to equip them with abilities needed to work with advance issues.
Completion of the Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law qualification also provides learners with the opportunity to
gain advanced entry to the Dissertation Stage of the LLM International Business Law, awarded by the
University of Central Lancashire.

Entry requirements
For entry onto the Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law qualification, learners must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in related subject or UK level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification
- Mature learners with management experience
- Learners must be 21 years old or older at the beginning of the course
